But, we were pleasantly surprised. So far, this device has never lost connection. Your smartphone or tablet will be your screen to see your times, and the actual timer from RangeTech will have buttons to start and stop the timer and be your noisemaker.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hands-On with the RangeTech Shot Timer<\/h2>\n<p>In application, this system works really well. Grant is a firearms instructor who uses his experience and training from his U.S.M.C. and S.W.A.T. background as well as his work in private security, to teach his students. Now in his classes, he prefers to use this shot timer over his more expensive one. The reason is that it works well, and he synchronizes it to his tablet and puts it on a tripod for the whole class to see.
